docs: remove stale 1.0.0 version references from README - #109
Small docs fix. The README install section still mentions 1.0.0, but pyproject.toml says 1.2.0, so the docs fell behind the code.
Two changes:
Dropped the "this repository prepares version 1.0.0" sentence. I kept the sentence after it, because that one is what leads into the pip command.
Changed pip install --upgrade databusclient==1.0.0 to pip install --upgrade databusclient. The old line says "upgrade to the latest release" and then pins to the oldest one, which is a bit funny. It would also downgrade anyone who installed a newer version from source.
I left the version out instead of writing 1.2.0, since PyPI only has 1.0.0 so far and I didn't want the README to point at a release that isn't up yet. With no pin, the command just grabs whatever is newest.
Quick question: do you plan to publish 1.2.0 to PyPI? If yes I can do a follow-up PR for anything else that needs a bump.

Type of change
Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
This README-only change is mergeable. The upgrade advice still cannot provide the unreleased workflow command, but that limitation already existed and is not worsened by removing the version pin.

The title names the main change: removing stale 1.0.0 version references from the README. The raw summary confirms the README edit drops the version sentence and the pinned upgrade command. The title is specific and follows the docs: prefix convention, so it passes.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the repository template. It has a Description section that explains the change and the reasoning, and it states that there are no related issues. It also has the Type of change section with Housekeeping checked, and the checklist. Some checklist items are unchecked. These are the code comment item and the test item. A docs-only change does not need either one, so the gap is minor. The description is mostly complete and passes.

Explanation
No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files. The unpinned upgrade still installs PyPI 1.0.0, which lacks workflow.
PyPI lists 1.0.0 as the latest release. The checkout's workflow command (databusclient/cli.py:593-603) is not in that release. The README upgrade command installs PyPI's latest release, so it leaves users without workflow. The removed ==1.0.0 pin installed the same release, so this PR does not change the outcome.

Update the README upgrade instruction so it installs a published databusclient
release that includes the workflow command; establish which release provides it
before naming a version, and do not imply that upgrading to PyPI’s latest
release fixes the missing command.
