Why?
Adds an e2e suite for the ANALYZER=tango demo stack. It asserts that a change to a library target depends on an in-flight change to a target built on it, although no paths overlap, and that a change sharing no target stays independent. It also adds the fake server's Linux binary and test context, and raises shard_count to 4 so the suites run in parallel.
What?
The demo was only checked by hand. This puts the analyzer wiring, schema, profile and fake server under CI.
